Returns policy

Acquiring a singular piece requires confidence. Here are the precise conditions under which you may return a timepiece to us.

Dernière mise à jour · 14 March 2026

01

Right of cancellation

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the timepiece to exercise your right of cancellation, without having to give a reason or incur any penalty.

02

Pieces excluded from the right of cancellation

Bespoke commissions (personalised engravings, choice of specific woods, morphological adjustments) are made to your specifications and are, on that basis, excluded from the right of cancellation under regulation 28 of the same Regulations.

03

Return procedure

To exercise your right of return, please send us a written request via our contact form or by email to [email protected] stating your order number. Within 48 hours we will send you an insured return label as well as a sealed horological case.

04

Condition of the returned piece

The timepiece must be returned in its original state, together with its case, Certificate of Authenticity, Provenance Booklet and all accessories. Any sign of prolonged wear, strap adjustment or opening of the case back will render the return inadmissible or may give rise to a deduction proportionate to the loss of value observed.

05

Return costs

Return costs are entirely borne by the Atelier within the statutory cancellation period. For any return outside the statutory period, they remain the responsibility of the buyer, by quotation depending on the destination.

06

Refund

On receipt of the piece and after assessment by our master watchmaker (within 7 working days), we proceed to refund the full sums paid using the same payment method as that used at order, within a maximum of 14 days.

07

Warranty & after-sales

Independently of the right of cancellation, every timepiece benefits from a five (5) year workshop warranty covering manufacturing defects, as well as a lifetime servicing programme. Defects of conformity fall within the statutory rights provided by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

08

Exchange & buy-back

Beyond the statutory period, and subject to the condition of the piece, we offer a buy-back arrangement valued at 70% of the original acquisition price toward any new commission of equivalent or higher value within our collections.
