Delivery & payment terms

Every timepiece leaves the workshop in conditions worthy of a unique piece. Here, in full transparency, are our payment and delivery arrangements.

Accepted methods of payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit and debit cards through our provider Stripe, as well as UK Faster Payments and SWIFT transfers for acquisitions above £25,000. Transactions are encrypted (TLS 1.3) and protected by 3-D Secure authentication.

Payment is taken only at dispatch of the piece. No complete card data is stored on our servers.

Staged payment & deposit

For Collection pieces or bespoke commissions, payment in three interest-free instalments may be granted: 40% on order, 30% at the workshop mid-point, 30% on delivery. Every bespoke commission is confirmed by a 40% deposit, non-refundable beyond the cancellation period.

Hand delivery

Throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland we favour personal delivery by one of our horological couriers. An appointment is arranged within 24 hours of final payment confirmation.

Delivery is accompanied by the presentation of the Certificate of Authenticity and entry in the Provenance Register.

Insured international shipping

For the rest of the world, dispatch is by Brink's Global Services or Ferrari Group, in a sealed case fully insured for the value of the piece. A tracking number is sent to you as soon as the piece leaves the workshop.

Any applicable customs duties and local taxes remain the responsibility of the buyer, in accordance with the regulations in force.

Delivery times

Mainland UK: 3 to 5 working days. European Economic Area: 5 to 8 working days. International: 7 to 14 days depending on customs formalities. Bespoke commissions are delivered at the end of the agreed workshop period, generally 6 to 14 months.

Delivery costs

Delivery is complimentary on all our timepieces, in the United Kingdom and worldwide. This service includes insurance, named tracking and delivery against signature.

Receipt & inspection

We invite you to check the integrity of the seal in the courier's presence. Any anomaly must be recorded immediately on the delivery note and reported to us within 48 hours via the contact form.
